**Company Overview**

SEIBU is a luxury department store in Japan and operates 6 stores in Japan.

Seibu will open its first Malaysian store at The Exchange TRX, following its entry into other South East Asian countries. It will span over 250,000 square feet, featuring 400-500 retail brands with 100 of them are new brands entering Malaysia for the first time, across 4 levels and it will be the first international luxury department store in Malaysia.

SEIBU will be open in the third quarter of 2023.

**Responsibilities**:

- To assist the superiors in enforcing procedures, rules and regulations related to the protection of company property, customers and staff, and to ensure strict compliance.
- To be stationed at the designated entrances to prevent unlawful entry.
- To observe the customers and staff’s movements or activities to prevent any theft and damages to company, customers and staff’s property.
- To be alert at all times while on duty and always keep a close eye for activities, conditions or hazards which could result in injury.
- To observe any irregular conditions or activities within the store and report to the superiors for immediate actions. To refer to the superiors if in doubt of any cases or incidents not covered by orders.
- To carry out security checks or inspections as and when necessary for theft or misconduct of company and staff’s property, sabotages, as well as other disturbances, which may result in negative consequences to the company’s property as well as the safety of customers and staff.
- To patrol around the store and ensure maximum security.
- To be alert and observant at all times.
- To perform other duties which may be assigned by the Superiors from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Fully vaccinated Malaysian citizen.
- No vision problems (myopia or colour blindness) and hearing problem, health issues and no previous criminal records.

Able to work and follows retails shift hours, weekends and public holiday.

Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
