**Customer Operations Specialist - Order to Cash [ **客戶服務 (粵語 演講候選人) ]**

**6 Months Contract**

**Mon - Fri, 9 am
- 6 pm (OT Allowance Provided)**

**RM 2500 - RM 3000**

**Responsibilities**:
**Order-to-cash management**
- Place Order - Place, Amend and Cancel Standard Orders, liaising with other Service Partners in Specialties and OTD as required.
- Pricing setup & Accountable for end to end pricing data management
- Customer Setup & Amend Responsible for the amending of customer master data for all customers
- Documents management
- Receive requests for information or quotation from potential Customers and connect them to the appropriate contact within the company.

**Online services and support**
- Supporting and proactively encourage touch less uptake, e-invoicing, e-serve, system to system, Market Hub utilization.
- Act as first-level support for system interface errors
- Assist in online services setup for system-to-system setup with existing Customers.
- Work with Customer IT teams to resolve issues and manage internal processes.

**Dispute management**
- Disputes & Own the end to end Disputes process for Quantity, pricing and Master Data disputes including logging of dispute, undertaking route cause analysis, liaising with key interfaces to resolve disputes, and feeding back outcome to the customer

**Feedback and issues**
- Handles a range of front line customer inquiries within the agreed processes and ways of working.
- Take ownership for the resolution of customer complaints, feedback and compliments, liaising with other Service Partners as required.

**Requirements**:

- Possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor Degree in any related field
- Independent in engaging customers with the ability to independently deal with a range of more complex and uncommon services
- Excellent communication skills in English & Cantonese Languages.
- Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, etc
- Able to cope with emotional stress, stay calm in difficult conversations.
- Able to remain resilience when required to deliver against a deadline
- Proficiency in Cantonese & Mandarin is an added advantage
- Contract Duration: 6 Months (Possible extension based on performance)
