**Position: Admin Management Trainee**

**Salary range: RM2200 to RM3500**

**Location: Bukit Mertajam, Pulau Pinang**

**Working days and hours: Monday to Friday 8 a.m. - 5.30 p.m.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Rotational Program: Participate in structured rotations across various departments such as **HR, Admin, Store, & E-Commerce** to gain a comprehensive understanding of the business.
- Learning & Development: Attend training sessions and leadership programs to enhance technical and managerial skills.
- Project Management: Collaborate on cross-functional projects and contribute innovative ideas to improve business processes.

**Job Requirements**:

- A minimum of Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Operation or a related field.
- Have working experience in Business Operation (HR/Admin/E-Commerce)
- Strong leadership potential, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated leadership potential and a proactive mindset.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
