**Position: Admin Management Trainee**
**Salary range: RM2200 to RM3500**
**Location: Bukit Mertajam, Pulau Pinang**
**Working days and hours: Monday to Friday 8 a.m. - 5.30 p.m.**

**6.** Goal Achievement: Support daily operation, take ownership of tasks and deliver results aligned with business goals and objectives.
**7.** Progress Assessment: Regularly participate in performance reviews and feedback sessions to ensure continuous growth and development.
**Responsibilities**:

**Job Requirements**:
- A minimum of Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Operation or a related field.
- Have working experience in Business Operation (HR/Admin/E-Commerce)
- Strong leadership potential, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated leadership potential and a proactive mindset.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
