**Responsibilities**:
Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards

Overseeing and leading a team of employees within the kitchen and restaurant operations

Effectively managing and controlling costs associated with both the kitchen and restaurant operations

Establish budgeting, financial forecasting, and strategies to optimize revenue and minimize expenses

Focusing on initiatives to motivate, develop, and retain employees, which can encompass training programs, team-building activities, and recognition programs.

Identify strategies to enhance the overall guest experience, which may involve feedback mechanisms, service training, and continuous improvement efforts.

Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service

Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns

Comply with all health and safety regulations

Report on management regarding sales results and productivity

**Requirements**:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).

Minimum of 3 proven years of food and beverage management experience

Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, MS Excel)

Strong knowledge of food and beverage trends, industry best practices, and regulatory guidelines.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently

Mastery in delegating multiple tasks

Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets

Guest-oriented and service-minded

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
