**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards by overseeing and leading a team of employees within the kitchen and restaurant operations.
- Effectively managing and controlling costs associated with both the kitchen and restaurant operations.
- Establish budgeting, financial forecasting, and strategies to optimize revenue and minimize expenses.
- Focusing on initiatives to motivate, develop, and retain employees, which can encompass training programs, team-building activities, and recognition programs.
- Identify strategies to enhance the overall guest experience, which may involve feedback mechanisms, service training, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service.
- Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations.
- Report on management regarding sales results and productivity.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
- Proven food and beverage management experience.
- Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, MS Excel).
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage trends, industry best practices, and regulatory guidelines.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
- Mastery in delegating multiple tasks.
- Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets.
- Guest-oriented and service-minded.

**Salary**: Up to RM8,000.00 per month
