Located at the heart of the Kuala Lumpur city Centre, Traders Hotel by Shangri-La is looking for a Guest Service Agent.

**As Guest Service Agent we rely on you**:
Perform check-in and check-out efficiently, and ensure guests’ satisfaction.

Ensure all interactions with guests are handled professionally and with care adhering to hotel policies and procedures.

To perform all duties according to Quality Standards and Core Practices.

Update hotel status, future availability and occupancy forecast.

Cross-check room blocking for early arrivals and coordinate amendments with Housekeeping.

Check and ensures the accuracy of all financial transactions handled and/or endorsed to the Front Desk.

To familiarize with the hotel activities and related facts.

**Requirements**:
Proficient in oral and written English and Malay.

Minimum of 1 year as guest service personnel in a service industry.

Pleasant, effective social skills, and versatile.

Willing to work in shift.

Malaysian or Malaysia Permanent Residence only
