**Here are the responsibilities**:

- Handle full set of accounts including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliation.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports for clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Assist in the preparation of tax submissions such as SST, CP204, CP500, Form E, and income tax returns.
- Liaise with clients, auditors, tax agents, and other stakeholders professionally.
- Monitor deadlines for statutory submissions and ensure timely compliance.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis when required.
- Support clients with accounting software usage and troubleshoot basic accounting-related issues.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.

**Desired skill and requirements**:

- Minimum of at least **2-3 years of** **experience** in working experience in accounting or audit firm is preferred.
- **Important**
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g. SQL, Autocount, Xero, or QuickBooks).
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian tax regulations and accounting standards (MPERS/MFRS).
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical thinking.
- The capability to work with a team and independently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
