JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Account Executive to manage our company's financial records and support administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and capable of handling a range of accounting and office management tasks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage bookkeeping and maintain a full set of accounts.
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations and prepare creditors and debtors aging reports.
  • Prepare and submit financial reports and accounts for external auditing.
  • Ensure accurate documentation, filing, and maintenance of accounting records in compliance with company policies.
  • Oversee the implementation and adherence to accounting systems, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Manage assigned accounting tasks efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  • Assist with internal audit functions as needed.
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls to the appropriate parties.
  • Provide support for general office administration and ad-hoc duties to facilitate daily operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidates must possess at least an LCCI, Diploma, or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Pay: RM3, RM4,500.00 per month
