We are seeking a talented individual to join our** Business and Client Services**team at **Marsh & McLennan Asia Business Services (MMABS)**. This role will be based in our Pavilion Damansara Corporate Towers, Kuala Lumpur office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working as per respective team's arrangement.

**Operation Specialist (Hong Kong Market)**

**We will count on you to**:

- Provide comprehensive back-end support to business stakeholders for broking operations.
- Prepare and manage documentation related to insurer and client processes for new business and renewals, including Quotations, Placing Slip, Summaries of Cover, Debit Notes, invoice and policy dispatch
- Assist with policy verification, data management, and various project tasks in accordance with company standards and operational procedures.
- Contribute to meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Turnaround Times (TAT), accuracy targets, and overall business goals.
- Perform general and ad hoc duties as assigned by the manager.
- Participate in on-the-job training to enhance skills and knowledge

**What you need to have**:

- At least a **bachelor’s degree in any field**:

- ** Minimum 2 -3 years’ experience in insurance or broking operations is strongly preferred**.
- Proficient communication skills in spoken, listening, and written English and Cantonese are highly advantageous to support Hong Kong Market
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating self-motivation and resilience under pressure.
- Willing to learn and take on new challenges.
