To support our growth, we are looking for experienced Tagalog speaker Customer Service Specialists to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
**Responsibilities**:
- As the first point of contact to communicate with our customers.
- Ensure cases are solved within the agreed SLA.
- Identify and escalate issues to the relevant team.
- Adhoc contact center related tasks as assigned.
- Working alongside the Team Leader, Team Manager, Contact Center Manager, HR Manager, Training & Quality Manager, Customer Success Team, Academy Leader, and Operational IT.
**Requirements**:
- Native
** **Japanese Speaker
- Additional language : English Fluent
- Prefer a minimum of 1 year of experience in Contact Center / Customer Service.
- Training will be provided.
- Minimum Diploma and or equivalent are encouraged to apply.
- Cars and Electric Vehicles lovers.
- Familiar with Microsoft 365.
- Must be able to handle multiple projects and effectively manage different timelines.
- Must be an assertive team player with high energy to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work in shifts.
