**Working Time**:(Monday - Friday) - Operations continue as usual on all public holidays. Employees who are scheduled to work on these days will be compensated at the applicable public holiday rate.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Cash Application**
- Download daily bank statements and allocate tasks to the team accordingly.
- Investigate and resolve unidentified or unapplied payments in a timely manner.
- Manage and respond to finance-related queries from the generic mailbox.
- Maintain and update cross-entity payment trackers.
- Collaborate with language-enabled delivery centers for cases requiring Korean language support.
- Handle and record bad debt recoveries appropriately.

**Customer Master / Credit Management**
- Research and set up, update, or edit customer accounts in the financial systems.
- Follow up on discrepancies or missing information with requesters or customers.

**General Responsibilities**
- Ensure compliance with month-end and year-end closing timelines.
- Identify and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Share best practices across teams to drive operational excellence.
- Meet or exceed daily productivity and accuracy targets to support team performance metrics.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Finance Operations, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in using financial ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Korean OR Japanese and English.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Familiarity with global finance operations and compliance practices.
