Job Overview:
The Accounts Receivable role is responsible for managing the company's receivables and ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments from customers. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining positive cash flow and ensuring accurate financial records.
**Responsibilities**:
Generate and issue invoices to customers.
Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and follow up on outstanding balances.
Communicate with customers to resolve payment discrepancies and disputes.
Process payments received and reconcile accounts receivable ledger.
Maintain accurate records of customer transactions and interactions.
Prepare aging reports and other financial analyses related to accounts receivable.
Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to resolve issues and improve collections processes.
Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting as needed.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations related to accounts receivable.
Additional Requirements:
