Job Responsible:

- Work closely with Management to develop business development strategies (eg collaboration with associations, etc) to achieve company’ s vision and goals as part of our ongoing expansion
- Identify opportunities and close business deals.
- Perform outbound calls to potential lead.
- Ensure call activities are conducted with full adherence to regulations and in line with the quality standards.
- Generate leads through both online and offline methods.
- Achieve targets and KPIs negotiated with management.
- Support marketing events / activities organised by company.
- Proactively recommend ways to add value to clients and make existing processes simpler & better.

Job requirements:

- Fresh graduates who possess excellent communication skills are encourages to apply.
- Aggressive, willing to accept challengers, self-motivates, independent and results oriented.
- Working experiences in the marketing / tele-marketer or similar sales/customer service is a plus

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Experience**:

- TeleMarketing: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
