Provide accurate information on products, services, billing, and account-related matters.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively, escalating complex cases when necessary.
- Ensure all interactions are documented properly in the system for tracking and follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal departments (technical, billing, sales, etc.) to ensure prompt issue resolution.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics including response time, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a courteous and professional tone in all written communications.
- Continuously update product knowledge and follow company procedures and policies.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum **1 year** experience in a relevant customer service / contact centre role (non-voice experience preferred).
- Excellent written communication skills in **English** and **Bahasa Malaysia**.
- Digital literacy - basic knowledge of digital tools and platforms (e.g., apps, WhatsApp, chatbot platforms)
- **Technical support skills (Fibre & Mobile)** — prior troubleshooting/support experience is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability and customer-oriented attitude.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
