Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
**Accounts Management**:

- Maintain and update accounting records for all e-commerce sales transactions.
- Reconcile accounts receivable and accounts payable to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, including payment processing and handling refunds.

**E-commerce Transactions**:

- Ensure all online sales are recorded accurately in the accounting system.
- Track and manage inventory levels, cost of goods sold, and other related metrics.
- Coordinate with the e-commerce team to resolve any discrepancies in sales data.

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, sales, and logistics, to ensure seamless financial operations.

**Customer Interaction**:

- Handle customer queries related to billing and payments.
- Resolve any financial issues with customers in a timely and professional manner.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From RM1,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 21 per week

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Account reconciliation: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
