**RESPONSIBILITES**:

- Manage end-to-end e-commerce orders fulfillment from receiving to shipping and return at the country fulfillment warehouse.
- Lead day-to-day operations and partner with warehouse vendor, last mile logistics partners and marketplace platforms to execute against SLAs and KPIs.
- Execute the mid and long-term fulfillment strategy under supervision of the manager.
- Implement strategic solution to actively foresee and manage operations & tactical risks.
- Resolve operations issues of low to medium complexity by partnering stakeholders and escalate to appropriate level when required.
- Lead the definition and implementation of fulfillment solution for each client in the country.
- Be the leading knowledge specialist in country-related laws & regulations to facilitate compliance in import, export, duty & taxes together with commercial stakeholders.
- Work closely with Regional Operations leadership team to ensure all operational, administrative and process compliance functions are executed to regional best-practices.

**QUALIFICATION**:

- Bachelor’s degree in operations management, engineering, supply chain or logistics.
- 2 years or more experience in operations, supply chain, preferably with experience in implementation of business processes or projects. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Experience with WMS (warehouse management systems), ERP systems and ecommerce platforms strongly preferred.
- Data focused with excellent analytical skills, proficiency in excel and data visualization tools.
- Capability to effectively manage deadlines/time, prioritization, in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in developing strong partnerships, and ability to maintain strong relationships in a fast-paced start-up environment.
- Flexible to work outside of regular office hours according to business needs.
- Fluent in Bahasa Melayu and English.
