**Job Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and maintain office documents, files, and records in an organized and accessible manner.
- Handle **data entry**, prepare reports, and update internal databases as required.
- Assist in coordinating meetings, appointments, and schedules for team members and management.
- Process invoices, receipts, and other financial documents for the accounts department.
- Ensure office supplies are adequately stocked and place orders as necessary.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and clients to ensure smooth operations.
- Support HR and management in tasks such as maintaining employee records and scheduling interviews.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other materials for meetings.
- Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors or management.
**Requirements**:
**Education**:
- Minimum **SPM**, diploma, or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
**Experience**:
- At least **1-2 years** of experience in an administrative role is preferred. Fresh graduates with strong organizational skills are welcome to apply.
**Skills**:
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite** (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office equipment (printers, scanners).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in work.
**Additional Requirements**:
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience with office management software or accounting systems (e.g., AutoCount) is an advantage.
- Familiarity with HR administrative processes (e.g., employee records, leave tracking) is a plus.
