Admin Assistant

Job Description:
1. Responsible for handling all general office admin & clerical support, data entry.
2. Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
3. Maintain proper filling of all documents for record keeping.
4. Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
5. Supervising cleaning crew and cleanliness of office space.
6. Assist on any ad-hoc task as and when required.
**Requirements**:
2. Excellent Knowledge of MS office.
3. Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
4. Able to start work immediately or with short notice is preferred.
5. Fresh Graduate is welcome to apply.
**Job Type**: Permanent
**Salary**: RM1,600.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

- Kajang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- STM/STPM (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Administration: 1 year (preferred)
