We're expanding our payroll team. Looking for someone who is energetic, positive and passionate to in charge for SG payroll processing.

**You're accountable for**:

- Provide full scope of payroll processing for SG including computing wages, bonus, allowances, claims and overtime payments; calculating and recording payroll deductions; processing advanced payments.
- Update and maintain employees’ records in the system for new hires, resignation, transfers, promotions etc.
- Support monthly timesheets consolidation for designated clients
- Ensure timely submission and distribution of payroll and statutory remittance e.g. Monthly CPF Contribution / adhoc IR21 / Yearly IR8A / NS Make-Up Claims / Maternity Leave Claim / Enhanced Child Leave Claims etc
- Timely review and sign off on all required payroll and state tax reconciliations
- Monthly reporting on billings.
- Maintain an orderly database and filing system, ensure documents and reports are filed in an orderly and timely manner
- Reconciliation of Temp / Contract Payroll Sales margin report for both Operations and Finance Department
- Work closely with consultants, temp/contract employees and client on payroll and billing queries, etc.

**What you need to have to excel in this role**:

- Degree in relevant field.
- **Proficient in English and Mandarin to liaise with associate contractors.**
- Meticulous, detail, and responsible.
- Has good time management, deadline driven and can work in fast pace environment.
- A team player and able to work with minimum supervision.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office and Excel.

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

- Bachelor's (required)
