**Role Overview**:
We are looking for **Payroll Executive** to join our team. The role will assist in managing payroll functions for our outsourcing workforce in Singapore, ensuring compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and client expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and process monthly payroll for outsourced staff accurately and on time.
- Verify and calculate allowances, deductions, overtime, and other payroll elements.
- Respond to payroll-related queries.
- Maintain accurate employee payroll records in compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and statutory regulations.
- Generate and provide payroll-related reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the HR and finance teams to resolve payroll discrepancies.
- HR Administration of outsourced employee regarding payroll processes.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or other field.
- 2 - 3 years of payroll experience will be an added advantage.
- Fresh graduates who interested in payroll are welcome
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM4,500.00 per month
