We're looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Executive to join our team and manage payroll operations for Singapore. If you enjoy accuracy, collaboration, and continuous learning, this role is for you

What You'll Do:

  • Master Payroll Processing: Be the driving force behind Singapore payroll processing, from computing wages, managing allowances, claims, and overtime payments.
  • Meticulous Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate employee records and updates for seamless transitions, from new hires to resignations and promotions.
  • Collaborative Support: Work closely with our dedicated team to consolidate timesheets, ensure timely payroll submissions, and address payroll and billing queries effectively.
  • Strategic Reporting: Provide valuable insights through monthly reporting on billings, helping to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Continuous Learning: Benefit from mentorship and guidance while gaining exposure to regional payroll operations, opening doors to endless learning opportunities.

What You Bring:

  • Experience and Expertise: We're looking for candidates with 2 years of hands-on payroll experience, especially those familiar with outsourced payroll processes and client servicing.
  • Attention to Detail: A meticulous eye for detail ensures accurate payroll processing and record-keeping.
  • Time Management Skills: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing deadlines and priorities with ease.
  • Team Spirit: Collaborate effectively within a supportive team environment, contributing positively to our collective success.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office and Excel is a plus, allowing you to navigate through tasks with confidence.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
