Job Description :

As a Payroll Executive, you will be an essential part of our payroll team, responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Processing end-to-end monthly payroll.
  • Calculating salaries and overtime accurately.
  • Handling statutory deductions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB/LHDN) and ensuring timely submissions.
  • Preparing and submitting bank files for salary disbursements.
  • Maintaining and updating employee payroll records in our system.
  • Addressing and resolving payroll-related queries from employees.
  • Assisting in the preparation of payroll reports and year-end tax documentation (EA Forms).
  • Ensuring strict compliance with the latest Malaysian labour laws and statutory regulations.

Who We Are Looking For :

  • Fresh Graduates: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Junior Executives: Candidates with 1-2 years of experience in payroll, HR, or finance. Your practical experience will be highly valued, and you will have the opportunity to take on more responsibility.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Meticulous Attention to Detail: A passion for accuracy and getting the numbers right every time.
  • Numerically Inclined: Comfortable working with numbers and data.
  • Basic Excel Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) is a strong advantage.
  • Strong Integrity: Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Good Communication Skills: Possess good verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia skills.
  • A Fast Learner: Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
