**Payroll Executive**
- Handle full spectrum of payroll processing activities, including computing wages, bonuses, allowances, overtime, claims, payroll deductions, advance payments, and others.
- Collect, calculate, and enter data to maintain and update payroll information.
- Compile summary of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and non-taxable wages.
- Review, analyse, and verify payroll reports and documents for accuracy.
- Ensure all payroll transactions are processed and delivered in a timely manner.
- Prepare payroll summaries for salary release.
- Generate pay slips and distribute to all associates
- Answer payroll inquiries raised by associates.
- Prepare tax clearance documents for expatriate associates and follow up on their last drawn salary pay-out and tax deduction.
- Prepare EA Form and ensure all details are correct before distributing to associates.
- Ensure submission of E-Form.
- Liaise with relevant government bodies & familiar with all the statutory payment requirements such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN and etc.
- Any other task will be assigned by the top management.

**Qualifications and Skills Required**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or any related field.1-2 years of payroll experience, preferably handling employees in a large-scale organization.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, HRIS systems, labour laws, tax calculations and statutory regulations.
- Strong Excel skills, capable of analysing basic data and trends.
- Experience in payroll audits and compliance reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple payroll cycles within tight deadlines.
- Capability to design and implement payroll process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
