**Key Responsibilities**:
**Operational Leadership**:Provide strategic direction and leadership to the operations team.
Oversee the daily activities of the WTE plant to ensure smooth operations.
Implement best practices to optimize plant efficiency and output.

**Personnel Management**:Recruit, train, and manage a skilled operations team.
Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.

**Compliance and Safety**:Ensure strict adherence to environmental and safety regulations.
Implement and update safety protocols and procedures.
Work closely with regulatory bodies to maintain compliance.

**Process Optimization**:Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to identify and implement process improvements.
Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for optimization.
Implement changes to improve overall plant performance.

**Resource Management**:Manage resources efficiently, including personnel, equipment, and consumables.
Develop and manage operational budgets.
Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising safety or efficiency.

**Quality Control**:Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure the production of high-quality energy.
Monitor and address deviations from quality standards.

**Communication and Reporting**:Communicate regularly with senior management, providing updates on plant performance and key operational metrics.
Prepare and present reports on operational efficiency, safety, and environmental compliance.

**Emergency Response**:Develop and implement emergency response plans.
Lead the operations team in responding to emergencies effectively.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a Waste-to-Energy or similar industrial facility.
- Strong knowledge of waste management, energy production, and environmental regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and emergency response procedures.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and address operational challenges.
- Proactive approach to continuous improvement and optimization.

**Salary**: RM7,500.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
