**Internship Role: Corporate Telesales**

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated interns to join our telesales team. This role is an excellent opportunity for Diploma students who want to gain hands-on experience in sales, communication, and corporate training industries.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist Telesales team in promoting corporate training programs to potential clients.
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce company services.
- Support in building and maintaining customer databases.
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to clients.
- Assist in preparing sales reports and administrative tasks.
- Participate in team meetings, training, and brainstorming sessions.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a **Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resource, Law Enforcement or related field**.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both verbal & written).
- Confident, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team.
