**Key Responsibilities**

**-Product Development & Strategy**:
Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure product development aligns with client needs and market demands. Provide leadership in the design, development, and delivery of our solutions.

**-Client-Facing Leadership**:
Engage directly with clients to understand their needs, translate feedback into actionable insights, and ensure that products meet customer expectations.

**-Business Development**:
Work closely with the CEO and the leadership team to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Lead efforts in market penetration and scaling the company’s solutions.

**-Operational Management**:
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the alignment of business processes with strategic objectives. Improve operational efficiency to support business growth.

**-Market Expansion**:
Drive strategies for expanding the company’s footprint in existing and new markets, ensuring products are competitive and responsive to market changes.

**-Cross-Functional Leadership**:
Foster collaboration across teams (engineering, sales, marketing, customer support) to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction.

**-Innovation & Continuous Improvement**:
Promote a culture of innovation, staying ahead of industry trends, and continuously improving the company’s products, services, and processes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degrees preferred.
- 10-15 years of experience in IT, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning/ SaaS product development, business development, or related roles in the tech industry.
- Proven track record in client-facing roles with the ability to translate client needs into successful products.
- Strong experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and marketing.
- Demonstrated success in business development and market penetration, particularly with SaaS products.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
- Experience in scaling tech companies and driving growth in competitive markets

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM15,000.00 - RM20,000.00 per month
