What You'll Lead & Deliver

  • Fundraising Strategy & Growth
  • Drive income generation from individual donors, corporate sponsors, and philanthropy partners — ensuring sustainable financial growth.
  • Donor & Corporate Partnerships
  • Cultivate high-value relationships, secure new funding sources, and deliver excellent donor experiences and retention.
  • Marketing & Brand Leadership
  • Oversee brand visibility, stakeholder communication, media relations, and impactful awareness campaigns.
  • Event & Campaign Innovation
  • Spearhead fundraising events and engagement initiatives that grow community support and amplify our mission.
  • Financial & Operational Excellence
  • Lead revenue diversification, CRM improvements, and KPI-driven fundraising operations alongside Finance and the Board.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 15+ years
    of experience in fundraising, sales, or business development — with
    5+ years
    in a senior leadership role
  • A strong corporate network and track record in revenue growth and stakeholder engagement
  • Strategic leader with excellent communication, negotiation, and team-building skills
  • Passionate about driving meaningful social impact
