**Position**: Chief Technology Officer
**Salary**: RM 12,000 - RM 23,000

**Summary**
The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will lead the technology vision, strategy, and execution for our iGaming platform. This executive-level role is responsible for overseeing the development, deployment, and maintenance of secure, scalable, and innovative gaming solutions that deliver superior user experiences. The CTO plays a pivotal role in aligning technology initiatives with business goals in a highly regulated and fast-paced industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Set the technical vision and lead the company’s technology development.
- Define and implement the technology roadmap aligned with business and product strategies.
- Drive innovation by adopting emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Oversee architecture decisions for gaming platforms, backend systems, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
- Identify opportunities for web and mobile service improvements.
- Mentor and guide technical team members.
- Understand and respond to the needs of web users.
- Establish performance tracking and profiling processes.
- Ensure IT team maintains stable network operations.
- Evaluate current systems and recommend improvements.
- Develop and recommend technical solutions aligned with the company's growth strategy.
- Ensure technology is used efficiently, profitably, and securely.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a senior technical leadership role, preferably in iGaming or fintech sectors.
- Proven leadership capabilities with the ability to work independently.
- Strong experience with PHP and Laravel.
- Knowledge of database design (MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).
- Deep understanding of API methodologies (RESTful) and relevant standards.
- Familiar with transport protocols (HTTP, HTTPS, Socket, etc.).
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform and Kubernetes orchestration.
- Competent in front-end technologies such as HTML5, JavaScript, and Vue.js.
- Comfortable using Git for version control.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Strong analytical, time-management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective project management and decision-making capabilities.
- Able to think strategically and foster strong relationships with peers and stakeholders.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM23,000.00 per month
