You'll be working for a reputable market leader within the insurance and financial service industry who is looking for a Recruitment Lead Specialist to be based in Kuala Lumpur. **Your new role**

As a key member of the team, you'll be trusted with managing the end to end recruitment processes for cybersecurity professionals. Your experience in talent acquisition within the technology and IT sector will be critical in the team, stakeholders influencing business decisions.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Ideally you will have at least 6-7 years of experience within IT as well as technical recruitment
- An eye for detail and possessing excellent communication skills
- Strong knowledge of end to end recruitment processes will be necessary
- Excellent vendor management skills
- Experienced in direct recruiting and using recruitment partners
