Job Scope for Server at Aurelia Melaka Café

As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering excellent service, ensuring guests feel welcomed, valued, and leave with a smile. Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service Excellence:
Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude.

Take accurate orders and offer menu recommendations with enthusiasm.

Ensure all customer needs are met promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive dining experience.

2. Team Collaboration:
Work together with kitchen and fellow servers to deliver orders efficiently.

Maintain clear communication with the team to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.

Assist colleagues when necessary to maintain a supportive, team-driven atmosphere.

3. Product Knowledge and Learning:
Keep up-to-date with the café menu, including food and beverage offerings, to provide knowledgeable recommendations.

Actively seek feedback and learning opportunities to improve skills and service quality.

4. Work Ethic and Responsibility:
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining area, including resetting tables and restocking supplies as needed.

Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.

Handle payments, process orders accurately, and provide receipts with attention to detail.

5. Honesty and Respect:
Always act with integrity, honesty, and respect in all interactions with both customers and team members.

Be open to feedback and show respect for differing perspectives and ideas within the team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
