**JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES / KEY RESULT AREA**

1. To provide assistance to the CEO/COO in day-to-day technical operations and any other tasks relevant to the job title.

2. Operate & manage office inventories, including photocopiers, scanners, telephone and computers etc.

3. Operate & manage office utilities, including internet, water, electricity and rentals etc.

4. Maintain updated systems for filing, inventory, mailing, and databases.

5. Manage work schedules, calendars, and appointments on behalf of companies

6. Handle incoming and outgoing office correspondence incl. visitors, phone calls, preliminary inquiries etc.

8. Supervise the implementation, enforcement and compliance to company’s SOP.

10. Liaise with authorities such as CIDB,SPKK,SPK other document.

11. Manage ISO compliance and prepare documentation for internal and external audits

12. Other general, HR or administrative tasks that are deemed relevant to the job title

**Requirements**:

- Applicants must posses at least Diploma in Business or equivalent.
- Must have at least 1 year experience in the same field.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,900.00 per month
