**LOCATION: PAVILION DAMANSARA HEIGHTS**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide consistent top-notch customer service by extending a simple welcome greeting and engaging in conversation to assist customers to enjoy their shopping experience.
- Building rapport and customer loyalty, proactively follow-up on customers’ queries and requests.
- Respond positively to customer complaints, feedbacks and suggestions.
- Ensure and maintain visual merchandising standard are adhered to company's standard at all time.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the boutique, ensuring that merchandise is presented in an appealing manner.
- Operate POS efficiently with consistent high standard of accuracy.
- Assisting with daily sales, operations, stock replenishment and inventory stock take.

**Requirements**:

- Fresh graduates that have an interest in the latest fashion trends are welcome to join.
- Individuals with passionate and cheerful disposition will be an added advantage.
- Flexible working schedule, able to work on weekends and Public Holidays. (Rotating shifts)
- Dependable and a team player who can work both independently and in a team.
- Able to speak in English, Malay and Mandarin (preferred)
