**Key Responsibilities**
**Human Resources**
1. Recruitment Assistance:
- Assist with job postings, initial resume screening, and interview scheduling.
- Maintain job applicant records and coordinate interview logistics.
- Involve in organizing and coordinating logistics for recruitment promotion activities, such as job fairs and campus hiring events.
2. Onboarding and Offboarding:
- Prepare and organize onboarding materials, such as pre-onboarding preparation, induction training and company policy handbooks.
- Assist in new employee orientations and collect necessary documentation.
- Manage offboarding procedures, ensuring that exit documentation is complete.
3. HR Records and Documentation:
- Update and maintain accurate employee records, including attendance and leave records.
- Support the preparation of HR reports, such as employee headcount and turnover metrics.
4. Employee Relations Support:
- Act as a point of contact for basic employee inquiries regarding HR policies and benefits.
- Champion the employee engagement events and activities.
5. Foreign Worker:
- Monitor and maintain HR data for foreign workers.
- Attend to all matters related to the foreign workers’ affairs i.e. work permit management, medical examinations (FOMEMA), foreign workers insurance schemes etc.
6. ISO 9001: 2015 Familiar
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to RM3,500.00 per month

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Human Resources: 2 years (preferred)
