The **Sales Operations Manager** plays a strategic and hands-on role in leading retail store performance, driving sales growth, and supporting the expansion of our retail network through franchise development. This position oversees daily retail operations, improves customer experience, and collaborates across departments to meet business goals. A background in **nutrition, health, or wellness** is highly preferred to align with our brand’s core product offerings.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Retail Operations Oversight**
- Manage daily operations across all retail outlets, ensuring compliance with company SOPs, visual standards, and service quality.
- Continuously identify areas to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.

**2. Sales Strategy & Performance**
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and improve profitability.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to roll out impactful campaigns and promotional activities.
- Analyze store performance and customer trends to optimize selling strategies.

**3. Franchise Development**
- Identify and evaluate potential franchise partners who align with the brand's values.
- Support the setup, training, and launch of new franchise outlets.
- Assist in building and refining the franchise model and onboarding structure.

**4. Team Leadership & Development**
- Lead, coach, and support store managers and retail teams to ensure high standards of performance and service.
- Conduct regular team evaluations and support ongoing training, especially in product knowledge and customer engagement.

**5. Customer Experience Management**
- Oversee the implementation of loyalty programs and other initiatives to enhance the customer journey.
- Address customer feedback and drive continuous service improvements.

**6. Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination**
- Monitor stock levels, manage restocking processes, and coordinate with supply chain teams.
- Leverage sales and inventory data to optimize product availability and reduce overstock or shortages.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Nutrition, or a related field.
- Fluent in English and Malay; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage for communicating with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
- 3-5 years of experience in retail or sales operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Background or strong interest in **nutrition, health, or wellness** is preferred.
- Experience in franchise development or retail expansion is a strong advantage.
- Strong leadership, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel as required for store visits, launches, and franchisee meetings.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
