**Responsibilities**:

- Performing secretarial and administrative duties for the Operation Director, including managing appointments, scheduling meetings, reminders, assisting with travel trips such as flight booking, travel itinerary, and accommodation, and dealing with the CEO's personal commitments as and when required.
- Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
- Typing, formatting, and editing letters, reports, documents, and presentations.
- Note taking and record keeping, including minuting meetings.
- Accompanying the director to external meetings and appointments when required
- Welcoming and attending to guests.
- Assisting in any other special/ad-hoc assignments or projects assigned by the the Operation Director.
- Observing best business practices, etiquette, presentation, and maintaining confidentiality at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Business Management / Secretarial or any related fields.
- Possess a minimum of 2 years of working experience in a personal assistant or secretarial position.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Independent, dynamic, professional, resourceful, and cap of multi-tasking well.
- Able to communicate well with a variety of stakeholders.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English is a plus
