The Customer Success Manager at Huddle works with a robust list of sports stakeholders from venue operators, league organizers, national associations, and grassroots sports clubs.

The main target of this role is to ensure our clients succeed and love being part of the Huddle ecosystem. This requires a keen eye on customer needs, the sports industry, and the product. Most importantly a successful Customer Success Manager has a strong command of empathy. You will also be part of a tight-knit team providing feedback and insights into creating one of the most unique sports platforms in South East Asia.
- Act as point-of-contact for clients, advocating for their interests and giving voice to their feedback.
- Review and assess clients' progress and offer recommendations based on results.
- Ensure the highest customer satisfaction and return on investment while enhancing customer experience.
- Define business objectives for the customer and develop a strategic direction for success.
- Onboarding clients onto the Huddle platform.
- Learning and developing continual knowledge of the products and their use cases
- Inform clients on product updates.
- Proactive and reactively propose solutions to ensure clients' success.
- Serve as liaisons between upper management and clients.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.

**; Requirements**:
- SPM/Diploma/Degree.
- 3+ years work experience
- Strong verbal and written communications.
- Proactive and self-starter
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent phone and presentation skills.
- Basic Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia / Mandarin
- Understanding of SaaS platforms, E-Commerce marketplaces, and Content platforms
