We're now looking for a Customer Success Executive who enjoys helping clients succeed and wants to build a long-term career in the digital industry.
Role Overview
As a Customer Success Executive, you'll be the key link between our clients and internal teams — ensuring smooth communication, timely project delivery, and satisfied customers.
You'll handle existing client accounts, help them get the best value from our services, and identify opportunities for renewal, upselling, or cross-selling. (No cold-calling — we provide the leads and existing client base.)
You'll also get the chance to manage a variety of exciting projects, from web design and digital marketing to influencer campaigns and social media content/video production — giving you opportunities to discover your strengths and grow within the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Support the Customer Success Manager in daily client coordination and project updates.
- Manage and coordinate projects such as website development, influencer marketing, and social media content campaigns.
- Schedule regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and uncover renewal or upsell opportunities.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients — resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Work with internal teams (designers, marketers, and content creators) to ensure smooth delivery of services.
- Prepare reports and assist in analyzing campaign results for improvement.
Requirements
- Background in customer service, client servicing, or account management.
- Experience in digital marketing, advertising, or creative projects is a plus.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
- Positive, customer-focused attitude with good attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Pay: RM2, RM6,000.00 per month
