Position Overview

We are looking for a driven Customer Success Executive to join our team and deliver world-class service to our customers. As the frontline representative of Bjak, you will play a key role in building trust, ensuring customer satisfaction, and creating a smooth experience across every interaction.

You will manage customer inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and ownership—providing accurate information, resolving issues efficiently, and identifying opportunities to improve our products and processes. If you enjoy helping people and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end customer interaction (mainly via live chat and calls) from first contact to resolution.
  • Maintain strong product and process knowledge to support customers effectively.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences by addressing inquiries, pain points, and feedback with care.
  • Act as the voice of the customer by gathering and sharing insights, trends, and recurring issues with internal teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely follow-ups and consistent service quality.
  • Proactively highlight customer challenges and market opportunities for product and operational improvements.
  • Uphold company SOPs, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Contribute to a positive, supportive, and high-performance team culture.

Requirements

  • Open to Malaysian citizens only.
  • Full work-from-office at 1 Tech Park, Bandar Utama.
  • Able to work shift hours, 6 working days per week.
  • Own transportation is an advantage.
  • Open to fresh graduates.
  • Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in any field.
  • High attention to detail and strong ownership mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume, international environment.
  • Strong empathy, communication, and customer-first attitude.
  • Immediate starters are a plus.
  • Full training provided.
