- Identify and address cancellation concerns with personalized calls, converting lost orders into sales.
- Identify trends and root causes of returns, cancellations, and other issues to improve processes.
- Implement strategies to retain key customers, drive repeat purchases, and improve retention rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, operations) to optimize customer experience.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
**Education**:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Customer Relations: 2 years (preferred)
- E-commerce: 1 year (preferred)
