**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- To proactively plan, communicate and coordinate with related parties (internal and external) to ensure smooth running of daily operations.
- To liaise with the operation team regarding container delivery and collection planning.
- To monitor and update customers on shipment and daily delivery movement status.
- To monitor and update collection advise and SMK proactively.
- To ensure updating of data in system are properly done and in timely manner.
- To ensure that the delivery of Import/Export containers to customer premises as required.
- To coordinate and track the movement of containers through GPS system and logistic pathways.
- To address direct request for unresolved issues to designated resource.
- To interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about services, provide quotation to customer on ad-hoc services when required.
- To handle and resolve customer complaints, visit customer if necessary.
- Must be able to provide best solution for customers’ requirement when required.
- To compile and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries, complaints, claims and follow up on customer interactions.
- To keep records of customer interactions, inquiries, comments, complaints and action taken.
- To prepare and provide reports to customers.
- To prepare and provide reports for internal analysis.
- To prepare and provide reports involving storage, demurrage, detention, SSR, etc claims and liaise with related parties.
- To assist superior in dealing with internal and external parties.
- Any other duties assigned by the management.
**Qualifications, Experience, and Skill Requirements**:
- At least Diploma/Degree in Logistic or Business or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of working experience in logistics or haulage industry and knowledge of haulage management system.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Good computer skills.
- Great communication skills
- Experience in using Microsoft office, especially Excel and Words.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English for both verbal and written. Having a third language like Mandarin or Tamil is an added advantage.

**Working hour**:
Monday to Saturday, 5.5 days
**Working location**:
Taman Perindustrian Bukit Raja, Klang, Selangor.
