**Responsibilities**:
- **Strategy & Planning**: Develop and implement overall e-commerce platform strategies, sales targets, and budgets.
- **Team Management**: Build, train, and lead the e-commerce operations team; set performance indicators (KPIs) and guide the team to achieve sales goals.
- **Platform Operations**: Oversee the daily operations of online stores, including product listing, pricing strategy, page optimization, and promotional campaign planning (e.g. flash sales, discounts, and bundle offers).
- **Marketing & Promotion**: Plan and execute online marketing strategies, including but not limited to platform advertising (e.g. SP ads), off-site marketing, social media marketing (e.g. TikTok videos and live streaming), and influencer collaborations (KOL/KOC).
- **Data Analysis**: Monitor and analyze operational data (e.g. traffic, conversion rate, GMV, average order value, return rate), prepare reports, and continuously optimize strategies based on data insights.
- **Supply Chain Coordination**: Collaborate with purchasing, logistics, and customer service teams to optimize inventory management and enhance customer shopping experience.
**Job Requirements**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, E-commerce, Business Administration, or related fields.
- **Experience**: 3-5 years or more of relevant e-commerce operations experience; team management experience is an advantage.
- **Skills**:
- **Platform Expertise**: Proficient in major e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop, including their rules and operational processes.
- **Data Analysis**: Skilled in using analytics tools (e.g. TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics) or third-party tools (e.g. Chanmama) to make data-driven decisions.
- **Marketing Strategy**: Familiar with various online marketing methods, including content marketing, live streaming, influencer marketing, and paid advertising.
- **Language Proficiency**: Fluent in English and Malay; proficiency in Chinese is an added advantage.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Experience in specific industries (e.g. mobile phones, electronics & accessories, baby & children’s products) is a plus.
- **Soft Skills**: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities; able to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
