Then you are the **End User Computing expert** we need to design, engineer, deliver and manage end-user products to a global user base.

We are **Evergreen Consulting Asia,** a professional services firm that helps you realise change. Our consultants deliver change, strategies and policy recommendations for global corporates, non-governmental organisations and the public sector. We are based in Malaysia but effective globally through our collaboration with international organization **Projective Group**. They are a leading financial services consulting firm, developing comprehensive solutions through their Data, Risk & Compliance, Pensions & Insurance, Payments, Transformation and Talent practices, out of their locations in Brussels, Amsterdam, London, Frankfurt, Zurich, and Paris.

**What will you do**

Your role includes managing hardware and software assets and supporting cloud services and collaboration tools, such as Microsoft 365, Teams and SharePoint, in an asset lifecycle management framework.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Lifecycle Management**: Design, develop, implement and manage lifecycle inventory processes and systems for hardware and software assets, including implementation in ITAM platforms such as ServiceNow. Inventory software versions, licenses, and track lifecycle changes. End-of-life and disposal processes are also in scope and should build in strong oversight and ensure data protection.
- **Operational Excellence**: Lifecycle management processes must embed strong control of Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) for all assets, and strive for maximum efficiency. Where possible, design and implement automation and service improvement programmes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- **Risk Management and Mitigation**: Based on the comprehensive inventory of software and hardware, identify risks to a migration related to software compatibility and performance, and design and implement effective mitigation plans. Where necessary, provide training and support to users and technical staff.
- **Test Management**: Develop and deploy comprehensive test plans for new OS compatibility and performance. Follow-up on the execution of functional, performance, and regression tests, and ensure quality through responsive defect management.

**Your profile**
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering, or a related field.
- 8-10 years in designing, implementing, delivering and managing IT asset management processes and systems. Proven experience in software testing and validation, especially in the context of a large scale EUC migration.
- Proven project and test management and process engineering skills. Experience with software testing methods and tools.
- Extensive knowledge of IT service management processes and systems. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, especially Windows 11, and productivity and collaboration tools.
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
- Certificate in either of the following: hardware asset management, software asset management, ServiceNow, IT service management, ITIL or Microsoft product certifications are a plus.
