**Job Description**:

- Handle inbound calls relating enquiries and complain.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries and provide useful and accurate information to customers.

**Requirements**:

- At Lease SPM or any equivalent or highest qualification.
- Willing to work on rotational shift & weekend & Public Holiday.
- Able to speak FLUENT in English & Bahasa
- Mandarin speaking is an advantage. (Not compulsory)

**Salary**: Up to RM2,800.00 per month
