**Job Summary**:
As a Security Officer, you are responsible for implementing and managing security protocols and procedures to safeguard the organization’s personnel, assets, and premises. This position requires a strong understanding of security regulations, risk assessments, and emergency response planning, along with the ability to promote and maintain a culture of safety across the organization.
- Due to visa limitations, only locals will be considered._

**Key Responsibilities**:
Safety and Security: Execute a comprehensive safety and security strategy that aligns with
the organization's goals and objectives. Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities and create
proactive measures to mitigate them.

**Policy and Procedure**: implement safety and security policies, procedures, and guidelines
that comply with relevant laws, industry standards, and best practices. Ensure these policies
are communicated effectively to all relevant stakeholders.

**Compliance and Regulations**: Keep abreast of local, regional, and national safety and security regulations, ensuring the organization's adherence to these standards. Collaborate with regulatory authorities as necessary.

**Emergency Response**: maintain robust emergency response plans for various scenarios,
including natural disasters, accidents, and security breaches. Conduct drills and training
exercises to ensure personnel are adequately prepared.

**Incident Investigation and Reporting**: Lead investigations into safety and security incidents,
accidents, and near misses. Generate comprehensive reports outlining root causes and
recommending corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.

**Security Systems**:Stay up-to-date with the latest safety and security technologies, including surveillance systems, access control, and alarms. Evaluate and recommend suitable
technologies to enhance organizational safety.

**Crisis Management**: In the event of a crisis or emergency, act as the point of contact for
internal and external stakeholders, coordinate response efforts, and provide regular updates
to management.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- SPM or STPM
- Proven experience in security roles, preferably in a Resort environment/ Luxury Hotel or
- industrial setting.
- In-depth knowledge of safety and security regulations, industry standards, and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with employees, management, and external partners.
- Certification in relevant areas such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP)
