Our in-house Auxiliary Police team is currently hiring for a Sergeant to lead a team of Constable and ensure overall company’s premises and buildings' security aspect are well maintain.

**The role of Sergeant**:

- Receive and supervise reports on all cases, incidents and conduct preliminary enquiry.
- Assist in investigation, incident or accident cases and submit reports to ASP within 24 hours on the findings.
- Conduct daily shift briefing with the team
- Daily patrolling to ensure each Constable is at assigned location and the surrounding area security level is well maintain
- Execute and conduct training program as and when required
- Ensure the team to comply with company's security policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment.
- Monitoring and improving Constable’s productivity through coaching and on job training.
- First contact point to handle complaints in a diplomatic manner
**The Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM and above or any other related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years working experience in similar position
- Experience in conducting training for Constable will be added advantage.
- Able to work on shift hour
- Proven leadership skills with good interpersonal skills
