**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage the security team.
- Monitor and maintain security systems (CCTV, alarms, access control)
- Conduct regular security checks and patrols.
- Lead in handling security incidents and emergencies.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies.
- Train and guide security personnel on procedures and emergency response.
- Prepare daily security reports and maintain accurate records.
- Communicate with management and law enforcement during incidents.

**Requirements**:

- Ex-serviceman (former military or police) preferred.
- Age between 30 to 45 years old.
- Proven experience in security operations.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of security systems and emergency procedures.
- Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure.
- Good communication and organizational skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
