Address employee queries and concerns, fostering a positive work environment.
Assist in managing employee relations issues and conflict resolution.
Assist in employee engagement activities
**3.** **Performance Management**:
Support the performance appraisal process, providing guidance to employees and managers.
Assist in the development and implementation of performance improvement plans.
**4. Training and Development**
Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
Support the development of career growth plans for employees.
**5.** **HR Policies and Compliance**:
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures.
**6.** **Compensation & Benefits Administration**:
Administer employee benefits programs, including insurance, leave, and other welfare initiatives.
Managing employee payroll and related activities.
**7. Data Management**:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with data protection laws.
Generate HR reports and analytics as required.
**8.** **HR Project**
Assist on various HR projects, such as system migration, and other strategic HR programs.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in HR functions, with a focus on generalist responsibilities. Experience in Payroll would be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with Malaysian labor laws and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office.
