**Position: Korean Content Reviewer**

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Tenure: Permanent

**Remuneration**:MYR8,500 - 9,500 + KPI Allowance

Client Background: Global BPO Company

Seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join the team as a content moderator. As content moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing user-generated content to ensure that it meets the company's standards for quality and appropriateness.

**Responsibilities**:

- Review user-generated content, including text, images, and videos, to ensure that it meets our company's standards for quality and appropriateness.
- Remove content that violates our policies, such as hate speech, harassment, and graphic violence.
- Escalate complex or sensitive issues to senior moderators or other teams as needed.
- Use our moderation tools and processes to efficiently and accurately review content at scale.
- Provide feedback to other moderators and help develop best practices for content moderation.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes to policy or regulation that may impact our moderation processes.

**Requirements**:

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to make decisions quickly and effectively, especially under pressure.
- Familiarity with internet culture and social media platforms.
- Experience with content moderation or related fields preferred.
- **Working hour: 24/7 operation hours, rotational shift**
