Position Overview

The Emerging Account Sales Executive performs a key role by managing a selection of Autodesk’s largest and most strategic accounts in Singapore Mid-Market. This position focuses on the growth and development of these accounts within a specified industry group either directly or through a channel partner. The role is responsible for growing the business relationship within the assigned Accounts, to meet/exceed financial and business objectives. This specific role will mainly target accounts in the Architecture Engineering & Construction (AEC) space but also Utilities and Government.

Responsibilities- Formulate and prepare business plans for each assigned account. This involves evaluating the customer profile, creating value messaging and targeting key steps needed to execute the account plans- Manage accounts through entire sales process from business development, prospecting, and specifications through contract negotiations, signing, and post-sales support- Provide an accurate weekly, monthly & quarterly forecast of business- Act as a representative of Autodesk; give presentations to client groups at thought leadership events- Effectively negotiate deals and contracts at various levels within the targeted account, with primary focus/importance on “C” and enterprise level negotiations- Serve as main point of contact for assigned accounts, partnering with internal and external resources to achieve sales objectives

Minimum Qualifications- BA/BS Business or Engineering or equivalent work experience- 7+ years in a sales knowledge in the software industry- Domain expertise of/in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) software industry- Experience selling direct and through Channel

Preferred Qualifications- Proven sales ability including outstanding negotiation skills, persuasiveness, ability, and excellent communications skills- Experience in Software industry / Software sales coupled with the ability to deal with customers at all levels and translate client needs into a complete solution- Strong Business ethics- Results orientated, with a natural ability to build strong relationships internally and externally
