**Join Our Team as a Technical Service Coordinator**

We’re looking for a **Technical Service Coordinator** to be the link between our clients and technical operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. **About the Role**
As a **Technical Service Coordinator**, you will:

- Manage manpower scheduling and travel coordination for optimal resource allocation.
- Collaborate with teams to align technical solutions with client needs.
- Analyze data to improve service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Build strong client relationships through follow-ups and personalized service.

This role reports to the **Head of Commercial Operations** and is crucial to ensuring smooth operations and supporting the company’s growth.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Respond promptly to client inquiries and log interactions in the CRM system.
- Schedule resources efficiently based on technician skills, availability, and location.
- Consult with clients to assess project requirements and recommend solutions.
- Maintain accurate documentation, generate reports, and analyze performance data.
- Coordinate with Operations and Business Development teams to align on timelines and project requirements.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.**:

- **1-3 years** of experience in technical support, service coordination, or operations management.
- Familiarity with construction or engineering is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in **CRM systems**, scheduling tools, and Excel for resource planning and reporting.
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
